Delivery Information

Here at Flooringrepublic we aim to offer you various delivery options: Our Normal standard service or a Premium Next Day delivery option, and of course our Click & Collect from your local store.

NORMAL STANDARD DELIVERY

Our Standard delivery service provides delivery within 3-5 working days where items are held in stock, unless you request otherwise. Our customer service team will contact you within 24 hrs of placing your order to arrange specific delivery time that suits you.

Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times. If there is a likelihood of a delay or we cannot complete your requested delivery date we will call you to discuss alternative options.

Normal Standard delivery is made using an exterior carrier, which is advised as 'kerb side' due to insurance guidelines, so please arrange for adequate help to carry goods into your property.

NEXT DAY DELIVERY

Premium Next Day delivery service provides next working day delivery where items are held in stock and orders are placed before 3pm.

We are currently unable to offer next day deliveries for orders placed over the weekend or bank holidays. All next day delivers are subject to stock. Our next day is also restricted to UK mainland, nad as we are based in Southampton, several areas of Scotland are proving to be a little hit and miss on next day, so please call to confirm. Deliveries are made on your requested day approximately between the hours of 8am and 6pm. Where possible we will advise you at the time of order of approximate delivery lead-times. If there is a likelihood of a delay or we cannot complete your requested delivery date we will call you to discuss alternative options.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click & Collect method of delivery allows you to collect your stock from your local, we delivery to all our stores weekly, once the order is placed our customer services team will contct you t advise an appropriate collection date.

DELIVERY INFORMATION / NOTES

Flooring is generally a heavyweight delivery and our transport company generally use larger vehicles for delivery. The vehicle is equipped with a tail lift and will generally be palletized. The driver is remitted to deliver to the “Kerb side” . Please advise if you feel a larger vehicle will have access problems or be subject to road restrictions. We will then endeavour to make an alternative arrangement for you.

If your order arrives as arranged but we are unable to deliver because you are not home, or there is inadequate help available, you will be liable for any additional costs incurred for the failed delivery and the goods being returned. The return delivery charge for failed deliveries is a £60.00 minimum.

Flooring republic use one of the largest pallet networks with a full track and trace facility, offering a strong pallet network with a range of services, however being a road delivery it can be subject to things beyond its control, such as road closures, traffic etc. As much as possible we will keep you advised of any potential delays. Please note this is an unguaranteed service, but rest assured we will make every attempt to keep your order on track.

When delivering, it is important to check the packaging for any visual damage to the goods and sign for your order on arrival. If you are unfortunate enough to receive damaged goods or there are missing items, please make sure it is noted on the courier's paperwork. We also strongly suggest that you contact us directly as soon as possible to make sure we are aware of the problem.

We cannot be responsible for any consequential losses, therefore we advise against booking installers until goods have been received and checked. All flooring requires time to acclimatize within your home please do not book installation for the day of arrival.

Where goods are refused on delivery that are found to be undamaged on return, we reserve the right to pass on any carriage charges that we incur in returning the goods to us.
